St George Community Housing Expands into Victoria with 102 New Homes.

SGCH has entered the Victorian community housing market with the acquisition of 102 apartments in Box Hill, Melbourne. In partnership with Conscious Investment Management, h Capital and supported by the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility, the project will provide affordable homes for around 200 people, including frontline workers under housing stress.
