SGCH, in partnership with AXA IM Alts, is delivering its first Build to Rent project at Westmead, due for completion in 2025. Delivered by Deicorp, the development will provide 397 apartments for low to moderate income earners and essential workers, supported by a $300 million senior debt facility.
