HousingFirst, as Trustee of the Port Phillip Housing Trust, has commenced construction of 68 new apartments in Balaclava with funding from Homes Victoria. Due mid-2027, the H2o-designed residences will deliver sustainable, modern homes with shared spaces—more than tripling housing on site and supporting growing demand in Port Phillip.

A former public housing site in Henley Beach South has been redeveloped by Unity Housing into a $48 million project, delivering new social and affordable homes to the beachside community.
SGCH has entered the Victorian community housing market with the acquisition of 102 apartments in Box Hill, Melbourne. In partnership with Conscious Investment Management, h Capital and supported by the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility, the project will provide affordable homes for around 200 people, including frontline workers under housing stress.
