Geoff is the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Unity Housing, a leading community housing provider delivering social, affordable and specialist housing across South Australia. In this role, he is focused on guiding the organisation through a period of transition following the merger with YourPlace Housing, while maintaining a strong emphasis on service quality, organisational culture and long-term sustainability.

Prior to this appointment, Geoff was the Chief Executive Officer of YourPlace Housing from 2020 to May 2026. During his tenure, he led the organisation through a period of significant change, including the redevelopment of outdated disability housing stock and the transition to more contemporary housing models. YourPlace specialised in housing for individuals with disability and their families and managed a diverse portfolio of properties across social, affordable and specialist disability housing.

With over two decades of experience in the social and affordable housing sector, Geoff began his housing career in community housing in Victoria. In 2008, he moved to the South Australian housing department, where he held responsibilities across strategy, policy and intergovernmental relations. During this time, he contributed to a range of national housing policy and program working groups and initiatives. Geoff has also worked in the corporate sector on projects related to housing and community services.

Geoff is a strong advocate for ensuring all people have access to safe, secure and appropriate housing, regardless of their circumstances, and sees the community housing sector as central to achieving this outcome.
