The opening of The Curwen represents a significant milestone for BHC and partners, delivering 92 thoughtfully designed homes for low-income Queenslanders. Developed by the BHC–QIC Consortium, the project brings together government, institutional investors and Housing Australia support to increase access to secure, high-quality housing.
