Australian Community Housing (ACH) works collaboratively with state and territory peak bodies to represent our 128 full Community Housing Provider (CHP) members — who collectively manage more than 134,000 homes valued at over $23 billion. Together, we advocate for the growth and recognition of the community housing sector at a national level.

ACH engages directly with policy makers, Ministers and key Federal Government agencies to shape housing policy and funding frameworks. We build strong partnerships with other housing and industry peaks, research institutions, the finance sector and business leaders to drive collective action and expand the supply of social and affordable housing across Australia.
