We aim to improve resident quality of life, amplify tenant voice and foster positive change through collaboration.

Community Development Australia (CDA) was established in May 2023 to provide expert guidance and education to the community housing provider (CHP) sector. By harnessing the strengths of community development practitioners and global experts, CDA fosters a culture of collaborative learning and development. CDA strives to promote place-based, co-designed projects that achieve collective impact, improving the lives of individuals in community, social, public, and affordable housing across Australia.
